Palestinian Families Evacuated from Gaza Find Respite at Rome's Ancient Baths
A group of Palestinian children and their families, evacuated from Gaza for medical care, visited the Baths of Caracalla in Rome. This visit was organized by the 'Guides for Gaza' association as part of Italy's humanitarian corridors program. The families, now residing in Rome, were given a tour of the ancient site, enjoyed snacks, and participated in social activities. The event aimed to provide a break from their medical treatments and the traumatic experiences of war. The families, some of whom had not seen each other since their evacuation, were able to reconnect and enjoy a day of leisure and cultural enrichment.
