NASA and CEQ Launch Permitting Innovators Program to Modernize Environmental Reviews
NASA's Center of Excellence for Collaborative Innovation (CoECI) is collaborating with the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) to launch the Permitting Innovators Program. This initiative aims to modernize and accelerate federal environmental review and permitting processes by leveraging technology solutions. The program invites participants to propose innovative tech solutions that can enhance collaboration between federal agencies and the public. Selected solutions will be showcased at the Permitting Innovators Expo, with top entries featured in a solutions catalog. The program is part of a broader effort to address technology gaps identified in the Permitting Technology Action Plan, aligning with the goals set by a presidential memorandum.
