Spring Chill Returns: Rain and Cold Grip Northeast
A spring setback is bringing chilly air, rain and sharp temperature swings across the northeastern U.S. this weekend. A cold front moving from New England to the mid-Atlantic will split the region between 40sā50s in the north and 70sā80s farther south before cooler air takes over. Periods of rain and drizzle will linger into Saturday, with some areas even seeing brief frost. Conditions may improve by Sunday, but clouds and damp weather could stick around.
