UAE Hospitality Leaders Discuss Resilience Amid Global Travel Challenges
A recent Future Hospitality Summit (FHS) luncheon in Dubai, hosted by RIKAS Hospitality Group, brought together over 50 C-level executives from the UAE's hospitality industry. The event served as a platform for leaders to share perspectives and reinforce a shared vision for the future of tourism in the Middle East. H.E. Abdulla Bin Touq Al Marri, UAE Minister of Economy and Tourism, attended as a special guest, expressing pride in the resilience of the local hospitality community. The summit highlighted the ongoing challenges faced by the industry, including a temporary downward revision in arrival forecasts due to regional conflicts. However, the long-term outlook remains positive, driven by a strong global desire for travel. Azad Zangana, Head of GCC Macroeconomic Analysis at Oxford Economics, emphasized the resilience of consumer demand and the UAE's diversified demand base.
