Welding Korea 2026 Showcases AI and Robotics to Address Skilled Labor Shortage
The 22nd Korea International Welding & Cutting Automation Show, known as WELDING KOREA 2026 + AUTOMATION, is set to take place in Changwon, South Korea, from May 12 to 15, 2026. The event will feature 85 companies and 380 booths, focusing on innovative solutions to address challenges in the manufacturing industry, such as skilled labor shortages. Key technologies on display include AI, collaborative robots, and 3D printing. The exhibition aims to provide practical solutions, such as AR simulators that reduce training costs by 75%, and digital gas savers to enhance profitability for small and medium manufacturers. The event will also host international buyers from eight countries, facilitating export opportunities for Korean enterprises.
