Sacramento International Airport Expands Amidst Structural Challenges
Sacramento International Airport is undergoing significant changes, including the opening of new restaurants in both terminals and the completion of a garage project that will add thousands of new parking spaces. However, the airport is also dealing with the closure of Aviator’s Restaurant at Sacramento Executive Airport due to major structural issues discovered earlier this year. Cindy Nichol, Director of the Sacramento County Department of Airports, discussed these developments and the public's opportunity to provide input on the airport's 20-year Master Plan.
