Ventana Sur Goes to Cannes is highlighting five first features from Latin America and Spain at the Cannes Film Festival. The lineup includes Uruguay's dramedy 'When I Existed,' Spain's supernatural thriller 'The Mantises,' and Brazil-Mexico animated Aztec action adventure 'The Mark of the Jaguar.' The showcase reflects the diversity and creativity of new generation filmmakers, offering a platform for their works to reach international audiences. The films are in post-production and are expected to hit festivals later this year.
