Man Arrested for Aggravated Assault After Waving BB Gun Outside Nashville Bar
A 25-year-old man, Brayan Fernandez, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after reportedly waving a BB gun outside Brewhouse West, a Nashville bar, on Sunday. Metro Nashville Police Department officers responded to the scene after reports of an intoxicated individual waving a gun. According to an arrest affidavit, a victim had offered to pay for an Uber for Fernandez to prevent him from driving. However, Fernandez went to his car, and the victim followed. Fernandez then pulled a BB gun from the driver's seat, cocked it, and waved it in the victim's face. He was subsequently booked on a $7,500 bond.
