foodpro 2026 to Host Over 400 Exhibitors and 9,000 Professionals in Melbourne
foodpro 2026, Australia's premier trade event for food processing, packaging, and innovation, is set to take place at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre from July 26 to 29, 2026. The event will feature over 400 exhibitors and is expected to attract more than 9,000 industry professionals. This year's event introduces a new segment focused on fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and will host the co-located Australasian Institute of Food Science and Technology (AIFST) Conference. The event will also include an Innovation Stage offering free presentations on automation, sustainability, and emerging technologies. Additionally, the Australasian Institute of Packaging (AIP) will provide training courses and seminars, and the PIDA Awards Gala Dinner will be held alongside the event for the first time.
