SANY Unveils SKT145Ei Electric Unmanned Mining Truck at Global Summit
On May 18, 2026, the SANY Group hosted its Global Mining Key Customer Summit in Xi’an, China, where it showcased its latest innovations in mining technology. Among the highlights was the SKT145Ei, a battery electric, cabless unmanned wide-body mining truck. This event attracted over 700 mining delegates globally, resulting in signed orders exceeding 5 billion yuan. SANY emphasized its commitment to innovation, intelligent empowerment, and low-carbon leadership, showcasing a range of mining vehicles, including the SRT100S hybrid rigid dump truck. The summit featured six static exhibition areas that demonstrated SANY's comprehensive industry chain capabilities, focusing on energy ecology, unmanned intelligence, and green, low-carbon solutions. The event also saw the signing of contracts with 26 mining companies, including a significant fleet order for the 220-ton class SET240S diesel electric mining truck.
