Rochester General Hospital Launches New Graduate Nurse Explore Program
Rochester General Hospital (RGH) has introduced a new 'Explore Nursing Program' designed for new graduate registered nurses (RNs). This education-oriented program aims to support new nurses as they begin their careers, providing them with a structured environment to develop their skills and discover their professional passions. Participants in the program will engage in three rotations, each lasting two weeks, across various units such as Acute Medicine, General Surgery, Cardiac, Pulmonary Medicine, Neurology, or Oncology. During these rotations, new graduates will work alongside experienced nurse preceptors. The program also includes weekly discussions and educational meetings.
