She was also an accomplished seamstress, earning recognition in the 'Make It With Wool' contest. Susie married Karl Zobell in 1954, and they had four children together. After Karl's passing in 1974, Susie dedicated herself to raising her children and maintaining strong family ties. She worked as a bookkeeper and later at American Express until her retirement. Susie was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving in various roles throughout her life. Her legacy is one of faith, hard work, and love for her family.
