San Fernando Valley Experiences Rash of Home Burglaries, Raising Community Concerns
The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating a series of five home burglaries that occurred over six days in the San Fernando Valley. The incidents include an assault on a resident during one of the burglaries. The burglaries were reported in various neighborhoods, including Sherman Oaks, Hollywood Hills, Valley Village, and Valley Glen. In one case, burglars assaulted a resident who discovered them in the home, resulting in minor injuries. The suspects, described as wearing gray hoodies and black pants, fled the scenes before police arrived. No arrests have been made, and detectives are working to determine if the incidents are connected.
