Allure of the Seas Brings Economic Boost to St. Kitts with 6,700 Cruise Passengers
The Allure of the Seas, one of the world's largest cruise ships, arrived at Port Zante in St. Kitts with 6,702 passengers. The St. Christopher Air and Sea Ports Authority (SCASPA) welcomed the vessel, highlighting St. Kitts' status as a leading cruise destination in the Caribbean. The visit is expected to support tourism and bring economic benefits to the island. Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Denzil Douglas emphasized the growing demand for travel to St. Kitts, noting that passengers will experience the local culture and attractions. The cruise ship is on an eight-day round-trip across the Eastern Caribbean, having departed from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
