Mandel Foundation Awards $11.5 Million Grant to Jewish Federations for Talent Development
The Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Supporting Foundation has granted $11.5 million to the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA). This three-year grant aims to enhance and expand talent development initiatives across the Federation system. This new funding builds upon a previous $9.5 million investment made by the Mandel Foundation. The renewed support will sustain existing core initiatives and introduce new investments in several key areas, including early-career pathways, CEO excellence, Jewish and Israel education, and the development of talent pipelines below the C-Suite level. Additionally, the grant will support workplace excellence initiatives.
