CBP Extends Air Declaration Zone Test at Dallas-Fort Worth to October 2028
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has extended its Air Declaration Zone test at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport by two years, now set to expire on October 16, 2028. This test allows travelers to satisfy customs declaration requirements by entering designated queues labeled 'No Items to Declare' or 'Items to Declare.' The extension aims to gather more data on the effectiveness of this system in streamlining customs processes. The test was initially launched in 2024 and is part of CBP's efforts to modernize and simplify customs procedures at air terminals.
