IMG Phuoc Dong Launches Integrated Industrial Ecosystem in Tay Ninh to Attract FDI
IMG Phuoc Dong JSC has initiated a significant development project at the Phuoc Dong Industrial Park and Port in Tay Ninh, Vietnam. The project includes the construction of a high-rise factory cluster, a 110kV substation and transmission line, and residential facilities for workers and experts. This development is part of a broader strategy to create an integrated industrial ecosystem aimed at attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises. The total investment for these projects exceeds VND3.6 trillion, approximately US$136 million. The initiative is designed to meet the increasing demand from international manufacturers who are relocating their supply chains to Vietnam. The project integrates various components across the value chain, including production facilities, energy infrastructure, and residential areas, to optimize land use and reduce initial investment costs.
