Harvard Researchers Develop AI Model for Predictive Health Trajectories
Sarah Urbut, a physician-scientist at Harvard Medical School, has developed an AI model called ALADYNOULLI to predict individual health trajectories. The model integrates electronic medical records and polygenic risk scores to provide dynamic health predictions for patients. It has been validated using data from 683,000 individuals across multiple cohorts, including the UK Biobank. The model offers significant improvements in predictive accuracy over traditional clinical calculators, allowing for more precise risk assessments and personalized healthcare interventions.
