Affordable Housing Projects in Williamsburg Secure Construction Financing
Construction financing has been secured for two affordable housing projects at 178 Montrose Avenue and 73 Meserole Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Developed by Slate Property Group and RiseBoro Community Partnership, these projects will provide a total of 312 rental units, with a significant portion reserved for formerly homeless individuals. The buildings will be all-electric and adhere to green building standards. This development is part of a broader effort to address housing affordability and homelessness in New York City.
