U.S. Customs and Border Protection Offers Recruitment Incentives for Officer Positions in Vermont and Other Key Locations

These incentives are part of a broader effort to attract individuals to careers in law enforcement with CBP. The agency is seeking to fill positions that involve enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws, facilitating legitimate trade and travel, and preventing illegal entry of individuals and prohibited goods. Candidates can qualify for GS-5 or GS-7 grade levels based on experience or education, with potential for promotion up to GS-12.
