Former CEO of Texas-Based Info Warfare Contractor Sues for Legal Fees
Timothy J. Riesen, former CEO of Madison Springfield Inc. (MSI), a Texas-based information warfare contractor, has filed a lawsuit against his former company. The lawsuit arises from MSI's decision to cease financial support for Riesen's legal defense in an ongoing dispute with the British founders of International Advisory Services (IAS). The dispute involves covert intelligence contracts in the Middle East, conducted on behalf of U.S. Special Operations Command. Riesen's lawsuit claims that MSI, under its corporate parent Premise Data, had previously agreed to cover his legal fees. The case is part of a series of legal actions involving Premise Data, including its bankruptcy declaration and other lawsuits related to its operations.
