Heat Dome Keeps Central US Scorching in September
A persistent heat dome is causing record-breaking temperatures across the southern and central United States, particularly in Texas, Missouri, and Tennessee. Oklahoma City and Wichita have also seen unprecedented heat, with 11 and 10 days above 100°F, respectively, this month.
