Brewers DH Christian Yelich (groin) lands on injured list
The Brewers placed outfielder/DH Christian Yelich on the 10-day injured list Tuesday with a left groin strain. The three-time All-Star was removed in the fifth inning of Sunday's 8-6 loss to the visiting Washington Nationals. The Brewers are projecting that Yelich could return in mid-to-late May.
