Reading Hospital Hosts Women's Health and Self-Care Event
Reading Hospital organized a 'Grow & Glow' women's health and wellness event at Lauer’s Park Elementary School, offering free health screenings, self-care activities, and community resources. The event aimed to remind women to prioritize their health, featuring activities like yoga, massage, and health education sessions. The event was timed with Mother's Day and included spring-themed activities such as a flower bar. The hospital's initiative reflects an effort to blend practical healthcare with self-care, encouraging women to take proactive steps in managing their health.
