Burst Pipe Causes Flooding in Beverly Grove, Disrupts Water Services
A burst pipe in Beverly Grove, Los Angeles, caused significant flooding early Sunday morning, affecting parked vehicles and leading to water service disruptions. The incident occurred near San Vicente Boulevard and Lindenhurst Avenue, with flooding reported at 4:48 a.m. Crews from the Department of Los Angeles Water and Power (LADWP) responded to the scene, and repairs are expected to be completed by 2:30 p.m. The cause of the burst in the eight-inch cast-iron pipe has not been disclosed.
