The Arc of Chester County Appoints Amy Kelly as New CEO
The Arc of Chester County has announced the appointment of Amy Kelly, MBA, MNM, as its new Chief Executive Officer. Kelly brings over 20 years of extensive experience in behavioral health, family engagement, and special education programs, all focused on supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and autism. She previously served as the National Director of Family Engagement at Devereux, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit organizations in behavioral healthcare. Kelly's personal connection to The Arc's mission is significant, as she is a mother of three adult children, including a daughter with autism, IDD, and verbal apraxia. This personal experience, combined with her professional background, provides her with a deep understanding of the needs of the community The Arc serves.
