Minneapolis Residents Challenge Federal Enforcement with Community Action
In Minneapolis, residents have actively resisted federal enforcement actions during Operation Metro Surge, a federal initiative involving Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Community members have organized to monitor and document ICE activities, using whistles, legal observers, and barricades to slow down enforcement and ensure transparency.
