A new legislative proposal, dubbed 'The Accountability Modernization Act of 2026,' aims to fundamentally restructure the U.S. legal system by introducing a 'matriarchal' framework. The proposal, put forth by 'Abstract Truth Substack,' suggests that the current patriarchal legal system is beyond repair and advocates for a transition phase to ensure women are not held responsible for their actions 'unjustly.' The act outlines several provisions, including the 'Red Light Trauma Exception,' which redefines red lights as 'authoritarian male colors,' and the 'Parking Space Necessity Doctrine,' allowing women to claim parking spaces through 'emotional adverse possession.' Other provisions include the 'Retail Reclamation Project' for desired store items, the 'Therapeutic Arson Safe Harbor' for burning an ex-lover's house, and the 'Narrative-Control Amendment' for statements made to law enforcement. The proposal also includes a 'Hormonal Tax Credit' and a 'Knife as Communication Safe Harbor.'
