Severe Weather Threatens Kansas with Tornado Watch Issued
Severe weather conditions are affecting Kansas, with a tornado watch issued for central and eastern parts of the state until 9 PM. The Storm Team 12 has declared Weather Alert Days for Thursday evening, Saturday, and Sunday due to the risk of large hail, high winds, and torrential downpours. Thursday's storms are expected to focus along and east of I-135, moving northeast before shifting eastward. The severe weather threat is anticipated to end before midnight. Friday is forecasted to be clear, but more storms are expected on Saturday and Sunday, with varying degrees of severity across different regions of Kansas.
