Three Men Injured in Drive-By Shooting on Chicago's Near West Side
On Tuesday night, three men sustained injuries in a drive-by shooting on Chicago's Near West Side. The incident occurred around 10:15 p.m. in the 2100 block of West Jackson Street. According to Chicago police, the three men were outside when a vehicle drove by, and an occupant inside fired shots. Two of the victims, aged 47 and 37, were both shot in the leg and transported to Stroger Hospital, where they are reported to be in good condition. The third victim, a 39-year-old man, suffered gunshot wounds to the abdomen and leg. He was also taken to Stroger Hospital and is listed in fair condition. Area Three detectives are currently investigating the shooting. No further details regarding potential suspects or motives have been released at this time.
