Parmelia Hilton Perth Appoints Oliver Schwartz as New General Manager
Oliver Schwartz has been appointed as the new general manager of Parmelia Hilton Perth, a historic five-star hotel in Western Australia. Schwartz brings 17 years of experience in the hotel industry, having worked in luxury properties across Melbourne, London, and Beijing. His previous roles include hotel manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Melbourne and senior positions at Hyatt Regency London and Hilton Beijing. Schwartz expressed excitement about joining the team at a pivotal time for the hotel, which recently underwent a $45 million refurbishment in 2021. The hotel is focusing on experience-led offerings and has partnered with Margaret River winery Vasse Felix to enhance guest experiences.
