The decision was announced by joint administrators David Buchler and Joanne Milner, who cited geopolitical factors and funding challenges as contributing factors. Aeralis had been developing a modular jet for potential sale to the UK Royal Air Force and other international markets. The company had established significant intellectual property and strategic partnerships, but the lack of a finalized UK Defence Investment Plan has left its future uncertain. The administration process will explore options to preserve the company's value and continue its development program.
