Homewood-Flossmoor Pool and Splash Pad Opening for Summer Season
The Lions Club Pool and Splash Pad in Homewood-Flossmoor are set to open for the summer season, providing recreational opportunities for residents and visitors. The Lions Club Pool will operate from May 30 to August 9, with specific hours for lap swimming and general use. Lap swimming is available Monday through Thursday from 9 to 11 a.m. and 6:45 to 7:45 p.m., and Friday through Sunday from 9 to 10:45 a.m. General pool hours are 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday through Sunday. The Splash Pad at Millennium Park will open on May 23 and remain operational until August 9, catering to children under 54 inches tall or aged 1 to 10. It will operate when temperatures reach at least 70°F (21°C).
