Collinson International and Cathay Life Partner to Address Flight Disruptions in Taiwan
Collinson International, the owner of Priority Pass, has announced a strategic partnership with Cathay Life to offer a flight disruption solution called SmartDelay. This initiative is aimed at providing eligible customers in Taiwan with complimentary access to a global network of over 1,800 airport lounges and travel experiences in the event of flight delays or cancellations. The partnership allows Cathay Life policyholders who purchase overseas travel insurance online with premiums of NT$1,000 or more to enjoy the SmartDelay benefit for up to two flights on a round trip. Eligible policyholders will receive an activation code to pre-register their flights at least 24 hours before departure. In cases of flight cancellations or delays exceeding 60 minutes, policyholders will receive a digital access voucher for airport lounges or travel experiences, valid for three months and usable for up to three companions.
