Motorcyclist Michael Groh Dies in Elma Crash on Clinton Street
A 58-year-old motorcyclist, Michael P. Groh of Elma, New York, was killed in a two-vehicle collision on Clinton Street in the Town of Elma. The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. on Monday. According to New York State police, Groh was operating a 2002 Harley-Davidson motorcycle, traveling eastbound on Clinton Street, when it struck the rear of a slowing 2022 GMC Sierra. Emergency medical services, including CPR and an automated external defibrillator (AED), were deployed at the scene in an attempt to save Groh's life, but these efforts were unsuccessful. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The New York State police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
