Ontario Fire Department Investigates Suspected Arson in Warehouse Blaze
A massive fire erupted at a warehouse in Ontario, California, early Tuesday morning, destroying a facility filled with paper products. The Ontario Fire Department suspects arson due to the unusual behavior and rapid spread of the fire. A video posted on social media, which is under investigation, appears to show cases of toilet paper being set on fire by a person expressing dissatisfaction with their pay. Chamel Abdul-Karim, a 29-year-old worker at the Kimberly-Clark Distribution Center, has been arrested on suspicion of felony arson. The fire, which started shortly after 12:30 a.m., was contained to the building, and no injuries were reported. The warehouse housed products from brands like Kleenex and Huggies.
