Parkview Huntington Hospital and Parkview Wabash Hospital have been named among Modern Healthcare's 2026 Best Places to Work in Healthcare. This recognition is part of an annual award program that highlights outstanding employers in the healthcare industry across the United States. The selection process, conducted in partnership with Workforce Research Group, involves a comprehensive review of workplace policies, benefits, and an extensive employee survey. Both hospitals have previously been recognized in 2018 and 2019, and Parkview Wabash Hospital was also named one of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce's Best Places to Work this year. Parkview Health is noted for its strong people-first approach, offering a robust suite of benefits and maintaining over 90% employee retention, which surpasses national healthcare averages.
