Broadband Leaders Gather to Discuss Digital Equity Initiatives
The National Governors Association (NGA) recently convened state broadband officials, federal partners, and Internet service providers in Alexandria, Virginia, to discuss broadband deployment and workforce development. The workshop aimed to share best practices and updates on federal broadband programs. Participants included representatives from 34 states and territories, as well as private-sector organizations like Comcast and AT&T. The event is part of NGA's ongoing efforts to bridge digital inequities and support workforce development through improved connectivity.
