Greenwich Country Day School Seeks Major Gifts Officer to Enhance Philanthropic Efforts
Greenwich Country Day School (GCDS), an independent, co-educational day school in Connecticut, is seeking a Major Gifts Officer (MGO) to join its team. The school, which serves over 1,400 students from nursery through 12th grade, is looking for an accomplished individual to secure significant philanthropic support. This role is crucial as GCDS embarks on its second century of education, following a successful $145 million campaign that significantly impacted students and faculty. The MGO will manage a portfolio of donors and prospects, focusing on six- and seven-figure contributions. The position requires travel within the tri-state area and nationally, emphasizing relationship-building with trustees, parents, alumni, and other stakeholders.
