UNHCR Seeks Partnerships for 2027-2030 Strategy in Albania to Aid Refugees and Asylum-Seekers
The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) has issued an open call for experienced partners to support the operational delivery of its 2027–2030 strategy in Albania. This initiative aims to enhance protection, legal assistance, socio-economic inclusion, and overall support for refugees, asylum-seekers, and stateless persons in the country. Albania serves as a significant transit country along the Western Balkans migration route, hosting individuals from various nations including Sudan, Egypt, Bangladesh, Syria, and Afghanistan.
