Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare (MLH), a healthcare organization with over 11,000 employees, has successfully transformed its HR and benefits administration by implementing Workday and partnering with Strada. Previously, MLH relied on manual processes for HR and benefits, which involved extensive paperwork and direct HR intervention. This outdated system became unsustainable as the organization grew. The comprehensive transformation included Workday Benefits as part of a larger enterprise-wide implementation encompassing Human Capital Management, Finance, Supply Chain, and Payroll.
