Loam, founded by Birju Shah, former Head of AI at Uber, will integrate its expertise into Self's privacy-preserving identity stack. This acquisition aims to address the growing need for secure online identity verification amid evolving AI technologies and regulatory demands. Self Labs, serving over 14 million users, is focused on building a trust layer for the internet without compromising user privacy.
