Organon's VTAMA Cream Shows Promising Results in Treating Atopic Dermatitis Across Age Groups
Organon has presented new findings from its Phase 3 clinical trials for VTAMA cream, a steroid-free topical treatment for atopic dermatitis, at the 2026 Society for Pediatric Dermatology Annual Meeting. The trials, named ADORING 1 and ADORING 2, involved 813 participants aged 2 years and older with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis. The results demonstrated significant improvements in skin clearance and disease severity across various age groups, including children and adults. The cream showed early and consistent improvements, with noticeable effects as early as two weeks into the treatment. VTAMA cream is the first aryl hydrocarbon receptor agonist approved by the FDA for treating both atopic dermatitis and plaque psoriasis.
