Morgan Wallen Foundation Donates Over $30,000 in Instruments to Scarlett Middle School Bands
The Morgan Wallen Foundation, in collaboration with the Mr. Holland’s Opus Foundation, has made a significant donation of $30,951 worth of musical instruments to the Scarlett Middle School Bands department. This contribution includes 3 alto saxophones, 5 bass clarinets, 4 marimba yarn mallets, and 4 vibraphone yarn mallets. The donation is part of a broader initiative by the Morgan Wallen Foundation, which has distributed over $1 million to 26 schools in various cities visited during Morgan Wallen's tours. The Fine Arts and Special Area Coordinator, Kimberly Coulson-Mobley, expressed gratitude for the foundations' efforts in supporting music education. This act of philanthropy follows the success of Morgan Wallen's latest album, 'I’m the Problem,' which topped both the US Top Country Albums and the US Billboard 200 charts, as well as charts in the UK and Australia, and led to two tours.
