AHLA Foundation Honors Leaders for Advancing Women's Careers in Hospitality
The AHLA Foundation recently recognized leaders who have made significant contributions to advancing women's careers in the hospitality industry during its annual FORWARD/26 event in Atlanta. Sarai Jacko of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts received the Paving the Way Award for her efforts in mentoring and creating opportunities for women. Justin Knight, CEO of Apple Hospitality REIT, was awarded the inaugural Ally of the Year Award for his commitment to promoting women in senior leadership roles. These awards highlight the importance of intentional leadership in fostering an inclusive and competitive industry.
