Kansas and Oklahoma are at risk for severe storms, while excessive rainfall could lead to flash floods in parts of the Midwest, including eastern Kansas, western Missouri, and southern Iowa. A winter weather advisory is also in effect for mountain ranges in Montana, Wyoming, and Colorado, with significant snowfall expected.
