Stride, Inc. is actively recruiting a Program Manager, Academics to play a pivotal role in translating the company's academic strategy into actionable plans and managing its K12 program. This individual contributor position, working closely with the Director, Academic Strategy, is responsible for supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the academic strategy across Stride's portfolio. Key duties include managing components of the annual K12 School Playbook process, analyzing implementation and performance data, identifying trends and effective practices, and supporting the development and adoption of scalable academic solutions. The role requires strong academic knowledge, analytical thinking, and project management skills to coordinate complex work across various teams and schools.
