State and Local Governments Shift Focus to Broader Efficiency Transformation

The summit highlighted initiatives from various states, such as North Carolina's evidence-based budgeting and Utah's Government Reform, Innovation and Transparency (GRIT) initiative, which tracks customer experience improvements alongside cost savings. These efforts aim to build a culture of data-driven decision-making and improve resident satisfaction and trust in government services.
