Anantara Jadcherla Hyderabad Resort to Open in India by 2029, Expanding Luxury Hospitality Market
Minor Hotels has signed an agreement to open the Anantara Jadcherla Hyderabad Resort in India by 2029. This 37-acre waterfront development in Telangana will feature 185 guest rooms, starting at 48 square meters, and 47 pool villas ranging from 90 to 280 square meters. Additionally, 50 branded residences are planned adjacent to the resort. The resort's design will incorporate stone construction and geometric patterning, drawing inspiration from the architectural legacy of the Kakatiya Dynasty. Planned facilities include an all-day dining venue, two specialty restaurants, a wellness café, a lobby lounge, and a poolside bar. Leisure amenities will encompass an Anantara Spa, fitness center, outdoor pool, and a kids’ club. The property will also offer a ballroom, multiple breakout rooms, and an event lawn for functions. This project follows the 2025 opening of Anantara Jewel Bagh Jaipur Hotel, marking the brand's continued expansion in India.
