Columbia University Grapples with AI Chatbot Integration in Education, Balancing Innovation and Academic Integrity
Columbia University is navigating the complex integration of AI chatbots into its curriculum, moving from an initial stance of prohibition to encouraging experimental use. Faculty members are exploring various pedagogical strategies, from using chatbots for brainstorming and research to designing assignments where AI itself is the subject of study.
